Off The Hook Fishing Report 7/27/09:

The past week was great for some nice redfish tailing in the marsh grass flats with the mega high tides we had. The sandbars have been fairly productive for ladyfish, spanish mackerel, bluefish and all the shark action you could ever want. I have also been doing well spotting some nice schools of jack crevalle out in the sounds which have been great sport to catch on the fly or light spinning. The tarpon fishing is starting to pick back up in the port royal so I look forward to a good August rush!
