For a young trail at a tough time of year there was a solid turnout of 15 boats. The predominant patterns were drop shotting for deeper fish and targeting schooling fish with topwater lures. Congratulations to the winning anglers; here are the weights:

Me and my partner fish this trail and the turn-out could be higher if it the low lake level at Heartwell would not just limit us to one lake for our division the other division's are seeing pretty good numbers you can go to southern angler's .com to see all the results from the other division's the most sucessfull pattern for us has been shaky head and drop shot . The Southern Angler web site list all the tourments and dates and winning weights .
