This Friday and Saturday the 9th and 10th the Fish the Fall Elite Team Trail will have a Bass Tournament on Lake Keowee. For more information visit: http://www.fishthefall.com/page.php?ID=2.

53 boats fished the Fish the Fall Team Tournament Trail's second event of the season last Friday and Saturday on Lake Keowee. Congratulations to Brian and Mike Tidwell who ran away with 1st place with a two-day total of 26.44 pounds (worth 7 Bass Angler Power Ranking Points each - read about the Power Rankings here).

In 2nd place were Darryl Wilbanks and Mike Thrift with 21.58 pounds (6 BAPR points each)

3rd place went to William Granger and Perry Rogers ("Keowee Plugger") with 21.01 pounds. They also caught the big fish with a fat Keowee largemouth weighing 5.80 pounds. (5 points).

The remaining points went to:

4th Place - Robbie Gwinn and Kevin Fulmer with 20.94 pounds (4)

5th Place - Mike Stuart and Aaron Curry with 20.83 pounds (3)

6th Place - Joel and John Williams with 20.57 pounds (2)

7th Place - Charles Murphy and Joe Birchfield with 19.94 pounds (1)


After this tournament Brian and Mike Tidwell are the Fish the Fall Points leaders with 294 points. Behind them are Charles Murphy and Joe Birchfield with 290 points and third place is a tie between the team of Darryl Halbert and Ben Lee and the team of Darryl Wilbanks and Mike Thrift.
