Weather wasn't bad at al...almost cool with the clouds and misty rain for a while....took 13.12 to win which is about normal for this time of the year. The bass are still scattered ...shallow and deep but we fish shallow and caught 9 before 1 pm...only 2 on top and the rest on a jig. BF was reportly caught out of the grass on a jig....it's gonna get better in the next 2 to 3 weeks....

The weather was kinda cool and crisp Saturday morning for a change. 21 Teams met at the hill and took off chasing a 5 bass limit and some found some good fish . Greg & Laura Sigmon both of Lancaster took home 1st Place with a solid limit of Lake Wateree bass weighing up at 13 lbs 12 ozs. They also had the 2nd Place BF with a nice 5 lb. 7 oz bass. Making a good day a great day they also took home the BONUS $. All total Greg & Laura received $863.00!

Walt Almond of Camden fishing solo took home 2nd with a limit weighing 13 lbs 2 ozs. Walt got a check in the amount of $300.00.

Mitch Driggers Sr. of Turbeville and Mitch Driggers Jr. of Olanta finished up in 3rd with another limit weighing 12 lbs 15 ozs and they received $150.00.

Andy Owens of Camden took home 4th with a limit weighing 11 lbs. 11 ozs. Andy received $100.00.

The 2009 CATT Classic Champs, Mark and William Richardson both of Irmo, weighed in the BF of the day with a fat 5 lb 11 oz bass worth $147.00.
