I usually run offshore 30-50mi. looking for kings and dolphin. We could also do some bottom fishing for snapper and grouper. The cost of fuel and bait depends on where we go and how we fish. Avg fuel burn for 100mi. round trip usually about 60gal. and bait is about $30-50 per trip for rigged ballyhoo's and cut bait. The way it works is we start with a full tank and top it off on the way back. Let me know if this works for you.
