April 26 Murrells Inlet Flounder Tournament

On April 26 the Grand Strand Saltwaters Anglers Association will host its 7th Annual Spring Flounder Tournament from the Murrells Inlet State Ramp. Fishing begins at 6AM Saturday morning and the weigh-in will run from 3-5 PM.

To register each angler must attend the Captain's Meeting and Registration at Spuds Restaurant, Murrells Inlet, SC (next to Captain Dick's). Registration is $40 per adult angler/ $15 for youth anglers.

Adult Division Prizes
1st place - $1500.00 (largest flounder by weight)
2nd place - $750.00 (three largest flounder by aggregate weight)
3rd place - $300.00 (2nd largest flounder)
4th -9th place - $100 (3rd - 7th largest flounder)
10th place - $100 (39th largest flounder)

Youth Divison Prizes
1st - $150.00 (largest flounder by weight)
2nd - $100.00 (second largest flounder by weight)

Lady Angler Prizes
Largest flounder by a lady angler - Gold Jewelry

There will also be fishbowl prizes and a tagged fish pot.
